Fitness For Us

We decided to come up with The Weight Bar after conversing between trainer to trainer, clients and  people all around us. As trainers who live in the manner that we teach our clients, we both take health & wellness very serious. And even though we’ve always been pretty athletic and into health whether it was from weightlifting or sports, we realized that not everyone feels the same about it as we do. The mass majority would agree that they could stand to be healthier or be more active however going to a conventional gym just doesn’t work for them. We’ve decided to create a studio to give them different avenues to achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health. With that said, we’re offering various classes including Cycle-Holics Spin Classes, Dance Fit Classes, Trap Yoga, Total Body Boot Camp, and Glutes/Abs Classes with skilled instructors who are just as excited as we are to be on this journey. As stated earlier if participating in weightlifting or sports aren’t your things one of our classes will be the thing to get you on the right path to a Healthier You...Your Way!
